Any art is manifested in various forms and aspects. Be it contemporary, folk or fine arts, the nuances and facets are aplenty. ‘Tulika – A Symposium on Art’ was organised to discuss the same. The event was held at The Oxford Bookstore in New Delhi on 18th November, 2016.
The emphasis at the symposium was to have discussions by eminent artists on the various aspects and importance of different forms of art: namely, contemporary, sculptures, folk and fine arts. Shri Muzaffar Ali delivered the keynote address. The participating artists were Satish Gupta, Seema Kohli, Jagannath Panda, Shakir Ali, Manisha Jha, Kalyan Joshi, Alka Raghuvanshi, Durga Kainthola and Madhur Sen.
